Terms of Service

Viron is owned and operated by OrionixSoftworks, which retains full control over the Bot, its infrastructure, and associated services.

By using Viron, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot and leave the support server immediately.

Viron is designed to maintain a safe and respectful environment. By using the Bot or joining the support server, you agree to follow all applicable Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, use common sense when interacting with others and the Bot, and refrain from behavior that could harm, disrupt, or negatively impact others.

If you are unsure whether something violates the rules, assume that it does and do not proceed.

Hate speech, racial slurs, harassment, bullying, threats, or any form of abusive language or behavior are strictly prohibited.

Sharing NSFW, explicit, or violent content and roleplaying explicit or violent scenarios is forbidden.

Any activity that violates Discord’s Terms of Service will result in enforcement action.

Violations in the categories above may result in immediate enforcement action, including permanent bans without warning, termination of access to Viron services, and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion, including warnings, temporary or permanent bans, revocation of access to Viron services, or reporting users to Discord Trust & Safety.

Certain violations do not require warnings and may result in immediate enforcement.

You agree not to use Viron for unlawful or malicious purposes, activities that violate Discord’s Terms of Service, harassment, spam, abuse, or circumventing moderation systems.

Improper use of the Bot may result in immediate termination of access, from the support server, and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

Viron is currently under development and not yet publicly released. Features, policies, and services may change at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot and to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Viron is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content, actions taken by server administrators using the Bot, or any damages resulting from use or misuse of the Bot.

By using Viron or joining the support server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply will result in enforcement actions as outlined above.
